<p>An improved selector valve for pipe systems, e.g. for fluids and for particulate flow, has one input port (2) and two output ports (3, 4) and with a cylindrical rotating valve element with a straight through bore (14) of similar diameter as the input and output ports. To ensure a smooth flow profiled pockets (11 to 13) in the valve wall align with pockets (9, 10) at each end of the cylinder bore. The pockets ensure a smooth flow control without pressure pulses.</p> |
