The flanges are shaped and or arranged unevenly in order to reduce noise radiation. The irregularities concern the shape or symmetry of the flanges; the size-distribution of the flanges' surfaces in relation to the housing's surface; and the curvature distribution of he flanges' peripheral curves.</p> |
