<p>The bottle carrier has a hollow central column which is flanged at the top and the bottom. The top flange is in the shape of a disk having apertures 30 to receive the necks 8 of the bottles 4 and the lower flange 36 has a recess 32 to aid the location of the bottles. The bottle openers may form part of the apertures 30 that support the neck of the bottle, so that the bottles are able to be opened as they are removed, or they may be located on a wall in alternative embodiments (64, Fig.5). The hollow column can be used for receiving the used caps 14 removed from the bottles and it may be closeable with a lid (38, Fig.2). The device comprises a handle 46 for facilitating transport.</p> |
