The module-kit for the production of radio medicines and nuclides, comprises a fluid- and reagent transport system, production mechanisms, a variable and plug-in carrier system for admission of variable components such as columns, heaters, valves, reactors and mixers, an injection-pump unit (1), a multiple valve (2) and a processor-control. The injection-pump unit and multiple valves are controlled by the process control. The injection pump unit and the multiple valves are formed as single production mechanism. -The module-kit for the production of radio medicines and nuclides, comprises a fluid- and reagent transport system, production mechanisms, a variable and plug-in carrier system for admission of variable components such as columns, heaters, valves, reactors and mixers, an injection-pump unit (1), a multiple valve (2) and a processor-control. A cleaning unit, processing unit and output unit are intended as further production mechanisms. The carrier system exhibits an assembly, base plate and anodized aluminum profile rail attached at the assembly and base plate. The profile rail is formed in the production mechanism or used for introducing the variable components. The fluid- and reagent transport system consist of several components that are connected with one another by plug system or a variable assembly system. A mechanism is formed for forming and/or introducing a radioactive substance into a generator column and/or source columns. The generator column (31) comprises two parallely switched source columns for forming the radioactive substance. A primary radioactive material and homogeneous resin matrix are loaded in the generator column or in the source columns.
