Preparation of blocked polyurethane-prepolymer comprises: reacting linear aliphatic isocyanate with polyol in the presence of catalyst to form a prepolymer having isocyanate of NCO-functional group; subjecting the obtained pre-polymer to continuous distillation so that remaining monomer content (less than 10 wt.%) is layered on solvent free pre-polymers; and subsequently reacting free NCO-group of the obtained pre-polymer with blocking agent containing at least CH-azides cyclic ketone compound of formula (I) in the presence of one or more catalyst. Preparation of blocked polyurethan-prepolymer comprises: reacting linear aliphatic isocyanate with polyol in the presence of catalyst to form a prepolymer having isocyanate-functional group; subjecting the obtained pre-polymer to continuous distillation so that remaining monomer content (less than 10 wt.%) is layered on solvent free pre-polymers; and subsequently reacting free isocyanate-group of the obtained pre-polymer with blocking agent containing at least CH-azides cyclic ketone compound of formula (I) in the presence of one or more catalyst. X : mesomer or inductive electron-pulling group; R 1>, R 2>H or up to 12C-aliphatic or aromatic group (optionally replaced by 3 heteroatoms of O, S, N and halo); and n : 0-5. Independent claims are included for: (1) a blocked polyurethane-prepolymer obtained by the above process; (2) blocked polyurethane-prepolymer based on aliphatic isocyanate exhibits alkyeneoxide-ether-, polyester-, polyacrylate-, polycarbonate and cyclic ketone compound of formula (II); (3) reactive system comprising blocked polyurethane-pre-polymer, polyamine, polyhydroxyl compound and/or optionally oxirane containing compound; (4) a coating comprising the reactive system; and (5) a substrate coated with coating.
