摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing efficiently a power conversion apparatus with high electrical reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the power conversion apparatus includes a semiconductor lamination unit 2, in which a flat plate-like power semiconductor module 10 having a pair of power terminals 150 and a flat tube-like cooling tube 20 are laminated alternately, containing parts 420, 520 having the forming width W wider than the thickness T of the power terminal 150 at least in a laminating direction, and power bus bars 4, 5a, 5b formed at each power terminal 150. This manufacturing method performs a unit manufacturing step of manufacturing the semiconductor lamination unit 2; an arranging step of penetrating and holding the power terminal 150 into the containing parts 420, 520 of the power bus bars 4, 5a, and 5b, an advancing side by side step of making the power bus bars 4, 5a, and 5b advance side by side in a laminating direction; and a bonding step of fusing and bonding the abutting surfaces 421, 521 of the power bus bars 4, 5a and 5b and the power terminal 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
