PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an exposure scanning optical system including optical parts such as a polygon mirror and an f-θcorrecting means, etc., among plural kinds of image light for forming an image, and also, to easily adjust the positional deviation of the image light in order to accurately form the image. SOLUTION: In the image forming device, four kinds of image light La to Ld for forming the image are made incident on adjacent positions on the same plane of the polygon mirror 13, and also, an optical conjugation relationship is established between the incident positions on the polygon mirror 13 and the irradiation positions on the surfaces of photoreceptor drums 51a to 51d. The displacement of the incident position on the polygon mirror 13 coincides with the displacement of the irradiation position on each photoreceptor drum 51a to 51d, then, by adjusting the incident positions on the polygon mirror 13, the irradiation positions for four kinds of light on the photoreceptor drums 51a to 51d are adjusted together. |
