PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability in the case of associating with a skin or releasing a product from a mold by providing an insert die to be engaged within a through hole of the skin contained in a mold of a mold body in the mold attachably and detachably from the body. SOLUTION: When an insert die 3 is previously engaged within a through hole E of a skin H, one side open end of an insert body 3a is exposed with an exterior from one side hole opening of the hole E, and the opening of the hole E is supported therearound by an overhanging collar 3b. An engaging state of the die 3 can be visually observed from an entirety of the skin H. The skin H is held in a predetermined steric shape, and the die 3 can be accurately engaged within the hole E. After the skin H is associated with an inner surface of a fixed mold 1, a movable mold 2 is surface matched to the mold 1 and the molds are clamped. Then, the die 3 can be associated stably in mold bodies 1, 2 to prevent the hole of the skin H from being bitten between the collar 3b and an inner surface of the mold 2. After a foamable resin charged in the skin H is foam molded, the molds are opened to obtain a product. Thus, the engagement can be accurately executed, and a mold releasing of the product can be facilitated. |
