摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an efficient data communication by selecting a low cost access point and a communication means to the access point automatically depending on the position of an information terminal thereby reducing the user cost with regard to the economy and the time. SOLUTION: A positional information acquiring means 20 detects the position of an automobile using a GPS sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, a gyro sensor, and the like. An input means 25 determines a timing for selecting an access point 27 by receiving an input from a user. An access point selecting means 21 is triggered by a signal from the input means 25 to select the access point 27 using the positional information obtained from the positional information acquiring means 20 and access point information obtained from an access point information memory means 23. A network connection means 22 connects the information with a network through a communication unit and performs data communication. An output means 24 outputs information obtained from the network 26 through the network connection means 22 to a user.
