A plant for utilization of heat of gases exhausted from furnace, mostly of periodic action, has a combustion chamber of furnace, this is connected to gas duct, and gas purification device and smoke exhauster installed on the gas duct, those are connected to chimney, heat utilizer installed on the gas duct after combustion chamber. The heat utilizer is connected by closed circuit filled with liquid heat carrier to heat-accumulation tank.
