FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: system allows the subscribers of the wireless communication operator to perform financial transactions by means of a mobile phone or and electronic device which can be connected to the wireless communication network. System consists of a transaction processing platform which is installed on communication operator computers, connected to wireless communication network, interacts with other elements of the communication operator, manages financial transaction accounts, and checks/performs financial transactions sent by subscribers. System also contains the client software which can be activated in the subscriber mobile phone or its related electronic device or in the subscriber identification module which is inserted in the mobile phone or the related electronic device. That client software allows the subscriber to prepare, certify and send transaction commands via wireless communication network to the transaction processing platform.
