The protective suit has a sliding fastener such as ziplock (RTM: sliding fastener) arranged in the trunk portion of suit. The fastener extends continuously from a point on the front (15) of the suit located in level with one sleeve opening, in downward direction along waist section (4), trouser portion (3), across back (16) of the suit and then to point in front of suit situated in level with other sleeve opening.
