FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with simultaneous detecting in the samples the specific antigens (AG) being the markers of infectious, parasitic, allergic and somatic diseases in veterinary science, medicine, biotechnology, epidemiological and ecological researches and scientific experiments. The method deals with simultaneous detecting several (by the number of antibodies applied onto a base layer) antigens being different by their specificity. Results should be registered either visually or due to scanning and subsequent computed analysis of the picture. The innovation enables to simplify and considerably accelerate immunochemical survey due to simultaneous (in one analysis) getting data on the presence of certain antigens in the sample under testing. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg, 3 ex, 3 tbl |
