Wind-driven power plant has a rotary gondola with rotor installed by means of rotary unit on fixed support and arranged with possibility of swinging in vertical plane with respect to the hinged joint. A damper of gondola rotation is arranged as brake pair one element of which is rigidly connected to the fixed support, and the other one - to the rotary gondola. Between the rotary gondola and fixed support two and more elastic elements are installed symmetrically with respect to the hinged joint to provide gap between elements of the brake pair in balanced condition. |
