A neutralizer of exhaust gases consists of cylindrical housing with inlet chamber, catalytic element and connection flanges with openings for fixation. The housing is made solid, outer surface of catalytic element is rigidly connected to inner surface of the housing. Catalytic element has volume, in ratio to volume of inlet chamber, not less than 2:1, and flanges are connected directly to the housing.
