A spring rail fastening has a springy clip, anchor with retaining bracket and shank portion, insulating spacer with depression, clip tension regulator, damping pad. To increase reliability of fastening the retaining bracket of the anchor has at beneath cylindrical thrust section with radius equal to radius of the clip, thrust face goes into projection at the end, 2-3 mm in height. The end sections of the clip have flat cut with skewed ends, its depth is equal to the height of the projection at the retaining bracket. The insulating spacer has length smaller than length of the thrust plate by 9.9-10.1 mm. The depth of the horizontal inner slot is equal to distance from vertical face of the foot to fishplate in rail joint. The depression for clip is arranged at the distance of 2-3 mm from side facet of rail foot. The tension regulator has a slot at middle, 2-3 mm in depth. The width of the slot is equal to the width of the anchor. Two other cylindrical slots with radius equal to radius ofthe clip rod with depth of 5.5-6.5 mm are placed normally to the first slot at the distance equal to the distance between the end sections of the clip.
