The proposed gravity meter can be used in geodetic surveys, geologic explorations, and inertial navigation systems. The gravity meter contains a two-stage gyroscope with a torque motor and an angular position transducer, a low-pass filter, and a computing unit. The center of mass of the rotor of thegyroscope is displaced relative to the rotation axis of the rotor. The output of the angular position transducer is connected to the input of the computing unit via the filter. The proposed gravity meter is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy.
