The invention comprises developing of a construction of the measuring gas-filled voltage outdoor transformer, which provides functional reliability growth and reliable transportation of a transformer in a horizontal position. The measuring gas-filled voltage outdoor transformer contains an active part located in a body. An Insulating cover with a high-voltage tube installs on the body. An upper flange of the tube Installs on the cover. Behind the invention for centering of the high-voltage tube, an insulation washer is placed in the insulation cover. It is situated between the insulation cover and the high-voltage tube in the distance of no more then 50 % insulating cover height. The insulation washer has holes for insulation medium canal. The insulation washer is made with rounded radii. The high-voltage tube performs with rounded radii, which consist of two parts with an insulation washer between them. Between the body and the insulation cover it is placed an intermediate flange having conical low-voltage screen.
