A method for increased purification of water, industrial, household and sewage water, in particular purification of waste water of production of dye-stuffs, enterprises of textile and paper industry, in which method at first stage salts of magnesium and ferrous sulfate are introduced at the ratio of salt of magnesium: salt of iron (4-8): 1 mg-eq/dm3, and treatment is carried out at pH of 9.5-11.0 with subsequent separation of sludge, at the second stage - 1.5-2.5 mg-eq/dm3 of magnesium salt and 1.8-2.8 mg-eq/dm3 of sodium silicate is sequentially introduced into the obtained decantate, treatment is carried out at pH of medium of 6.7-9.0 with subsequent separation of sludge.
