An appliance for suppression of hydro-flow at torpedoing of deep wells consists of a housing inside which there is coaxially placed hollow cylinder equipped with movable piston with rod. Besides that, the housing is equipped with friction brake mechanisms that include friction shoes placed outside the body, and con-rods placed at the inner side, connected to each other by coupling spring, and the upper part of the coupling rod is hinged to con-rods.
