Invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical products and medical preparations, respectively, characteristic by representing the new dosage system conceived in the form of a pharmaceutical kit of a non-fixed combination of tablets from the group of ACE inhibitors and non-thiazide diuretics group aimed at providing a modern pharmacotherapy of hypertensive diseases. Enalapril in the form of malaeate is primarily used as an ACE inhibitor while Indapamid is used as a non-thiazide diuretic. The mentioned active principles imply thoroughly tested and proven drugs and by other combination synergistic anti-hypertensive action is achieved through various mechanisms, which enables administration of lower doses which reduces the incidence of undesirable effects of drugs. The advantage of pharmaceutical Kit of Enalapriland Indapamid provide for a regular everyday and concommitant use of both drugs, a higher patient comfort and a better pharmacotherapeutic response. Different doses and different number of Enalapril tablets in defined nine types of kits, render the possibility of choice of either a lower or higher doze as well as of the required number of tablets depending on the degree of hypertension severity.
