FIELD: food and allied industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet cleaning of gases from soluble dusts. Proposed device has tangentially arranged gas inlet and outlet branch pipes, rotating transporting cylinder with holes in upper part and pumping device in lower part, bin for collecting liquid and entrapped dust, separator for en trapping drops of liquid from gas flow. Impeller-separator is installed is upper part of transporting cylinder to provide constant liquid positive head in pumping device. Special hydraulic lock is provided for continuous removal of slime from dust collector. ^ EFFECT: improved effectiveness of cleaning, increased load by gas, provision of constant level of sprinkling liquid and continuous removal of slime from dust collector. ^ 1 dwg |
