A greenhouse contains the glass enclosing surface, arranged onto a basement, a heat-insulated northern wall wherein an electric blower is arranged. Close to the northern wall an air-heating unit for winter heating is mounted. Thin-sheet perforated pipes to accumulate heat are arranged in the soil. The ends of one side are taken out from under the soil for air intake from the greenhouse, and on the other side connected into a collector, from which in the northern wall a groove to deliver air into the greenhouse is laid. The inner side of the enclosing surface is covered by a polyethylene film in three layers. In the soil close to the southern wall of the greenhouse a collecting tank is arranged, the heat-insulated northern wall is painted into white colour. Under thin-sheet perforated pipes in the soil a gravel heat accumulator, which consists of a layer of porous concrete, a polyethylene film, polystyrol, is laid.
