摘要 FIELD: tool-making industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes operation of applying stretching load and corrosive substance to a sample. Sample is held on a flange of loading reservoir, one-sided pressure from working substance is created on the sample. Other side of the sample is influenced by corrosive substance. After given time intervals, parameters of bending deflection of sample under effect from loading pressure are measured as well as thickness of sample in the center. Coefficient of elasticity is calculated for sample using formula , where nu - Poisson's ratio; p - pressure active on working part of sample being tested; r - radius of working part of sample; H - maximal bending deflection of sample under effect of loading pressure; h - thickness of sample at time moment being examined; k - coefficient for consideration of geometrical nonlinearity of sample being examined. Coefficient k is taken within limits k=25...30,6. Degree of corrosion deltai of each sample is determined using formula , where E0,Ei - respectively, original and current coefficients of elasticity of sample, i - number of sample, on basis of which degree of corrosive wear of sample material is evaluated. Device for realization of method contains a vessel for aggressive substance, devices for applying loads to sample and registration equipment. New feature in device is a flange of loading reservoir, onto which sample is placed with creation of hermetically sealed cavity, held by means of corresponding flange with aperture of certain dimensions. Mounted on external side of sample between sample being tested and corresponding flange is a branch pipe, forming a vessel for aggressive substance together with sample being tested. Main from source of working substance is connected to reservoir, pressure measuring device is connected and measuring complex is set up for measuring geometrical parameters of sample. ^ EFFECT: increased precision when determining mechanical characteristics of samples subjected to corrosive wear under effect from loads, simplified method of testing. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
