The proposed method of radioactive marking of CD 20 antibody, attached to complexon, by yttrium isotope (90Y) provides a possibility to introduce the antibody to the patient directly, without additional purification. The method consists in mixing the antibody with solution containing radioactive yttrium isotope and incubating the mix for no more than 10 minutes at the specified temperature and pH of the solution. The method provides the content of the substance with radioactive mark of no less than 95 %, the immunoreactivity of no less than 70 %, and the sufficient specific activity of the solution.
