The invention relates to information remote transmission and can be used for wire and wireless communication systems, for information encoding and decoding. The positive effect is attainable by using novel method and device for modulating and demodulating carrying electromagnetic waves or indirect current. The inventive method and device are based on the modulation of material molecule oscillations carrying by means of spatial frequency modes and on a demodulation consisting in separating said oscillation modes by recording galvanomagnetic effects, for example, the Hall effect.
