Adapter is connected to the existing three phase connection branch (1) as an entity onto which over an existing rubber cable (11) and an existing socket (10) is connected the thermoaccumulating electric apparatus. Time reley (6) is previously adjusted to pass the voltage of 220 V through up to the windings of contactors from 24 hours to 8 hours, and to switch on a contactor (4) by a plug box (9) and the existing heater socket (10) and a rubber cable (11) and connect even the signal bulbs (8) due to indication of voltage in all three phases. Previously achieved reconnection of a fan of the thermoaccumulating heater socket and a room thermostat by means of PP cable 2 x 1,5 mm2 (12). By means of a switch (2) accumulation in thremoaccumulating heater is enabled, i.e. switching the heater elements on, only in cost-effective second consumption rate of electric power without the presence of users of thermo-accumulating heater. Room thermostat regulates, as usual, the room temperature by blowing the heat out through a fan and thermo-accumulating apparatus during 24 hours, apart from switching on or off the heater, and that is enabled by reconnecting the fan and the room thermostat.
