Provided is a refrigerated functional rice cake containing medicinal herb extract, which allows users to take favorable elements and to enjoy a unique taste of the medicinal herbs, and prevents degeneration of the rice cake for a long period of time. The refrigerated rice cake is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: kneading rice flour, powder of various medicinal herbs, honey with salted elixir water; aging the kneaded product for 5-6 hours; forming the aged product with a press into a desired shape; sterilizing the formed product with a photocatalyst sterilizing system; rapidly freezing the sterilized product for 7-8 hours; and packaging the frozen product. |
