#CMT# #/CMT# The production of dendritic cells from a hematopoietic progenitor CD34+ through culture, comprises collecting the hematopoietic cell strains, subjecting the cells to a gradient density for collecting mononucleated cells, cultivating the cell population in a medium and cleaning the cells. The hematopoietic cell strains are obtained from mobilized peripheral blood or blood cord or bone marrow. The cell population is cultivated in the presence of cytokines such as thrombopoietin, fetal liver kinase-3 protein ligand (Flt3-ligand), stem cell factor, interleukine-6, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and granulocyte macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF). The cells are cleaned and cultivated in the presence of cytokines such as GM-CSF, Flt3-ligand and TNF-alpha. The cell culturing is carried out in the presence of human serum and non-human serum of calf foetal, or in a medium without the serum. The cell strains are improved by a co culture with mesenchyma cell strain.
