<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor power conversion device wherein fluctuation in direct-current voltage can be suppressed without impairing load response through relatively simple construction. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor power conversion equipment is constructed of an converter 2; an inverter 4 that converts its output into alternating current and drives an alternating-current motor 5; inverter controlling means 10; current detecting means 8 for detecting torque current; and speed detecting means 11. The inverter controlling means 10 includes:speed controlling means 31 for comparing a speed feedback value with a speed reference value and outputting a torque reference value; current controlling means 36 for comparing a torque current reference value, obtained by dividing a torque reference value by a magnetic flux reference value, with a torque current feedback value and outputting a voltage reference value; switching command computing means 37 for obtaining an inverter gate signal from a voltage reference value; and a rate-of-change limiting means 35 for limiting the time rate of change of a torque current reference value. The limit value on the rate-of-change limiting means 35 is selectively switched depending on whether the alternating-current motor is in power running or in regenerative running. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
