<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treatment device which transports and ejects a bundle of paper sheets in the stable condition while the constitution remains comparatively simple, and enhances of the transporting reliability and alignment of the sheets to be ejected. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet treatment device is equipped with: a treatment tray 6 furnished with a stapler 8 and supporting the bundle of paper sheets; rotary shafts Ka and Kb to be rotated by a first drive motor 103 through a driving mechanism 105; a roller 102 fitted fast on the rotary shafts and transporting the placed bundle of sheets and ejecting from the downstream end; a pair of pulleys Pa and Pb fitted rotatably on the downstream rotary shaft and rotated by the drive motor 83 through a driving mechanism 82; a belt 81 set over between the two pulleys; and a main arm 85 installed at the belt for transporting the bundle of sheets and ejecting from the downstream end. The moving speed of the main arm along the straight portion of the belt is synchronized with the rotating speed of the roller, while the moving speed of the main arm in the pulley circumferential direction is made changeable with respect to the roller rotating speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
