<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning apparatus for improving a cleaning quality for a mold and a method for it. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus 100 is provided with an inserting part 3 to be inserted in a mold 1 and a driving mechanism 4 to transfer the inserting part 3 along an axial direction of the mold 1. The inserting part 3 includes an ejecting opening 13 for ejecting a liquid to all around. The cleaning method comprises the steps of making deposits 2 formed on the surface of the mold 1 swollen with a solvent and blowing the liquid to the swollen deposits 2 and removing the swollen deposits 2 from the surface of the mold 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
