<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-accurate and inexpensive voltage-dividing circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In this voltage-dividing circuit having a plurality of resistances Ra-Re, for dividing a voltage of a voltage source E by resistance voltage-dividing by the plurality of resistances, the plurality of resistances Ra-Re are resistances having respectively an approximately equal temperature characteristic and the same resistance value. Hereby, the highly-accurate voltage-dividing circuit can be realized inexpensively. Since a conventional resistance having generally an inferior reliability, high accuracy, and a small temperature fluctuation is not required to be adopted, cost reduction and improvement of circuit reliability can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
