<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmissive solar battery module capable of adjusting the amount of sunlight passing through itself depending on the use. <P>SOLUTION: A polarizing plate 2 and a liquid crystal layer 6 are laminated on a transparent substrate 1, and transparent electrodes 3, 4 are attached above and below the liquid crystal layer 6. A polarizing plate 7, a plurality of crystal system solar battery cell layers 10, and a transparent substrate 11, are sequentially laminated above the transparent electrode 4. When sunlight is received in the daytime; electric power is generated by the solar battery cell layers 10, and sunlight can be let in from clearances S between the solar battery cell layers 10. The electric power generated by the solar battery cell layers 10 can control the liquid crystal layer 6 to adjust the light transmittance thereof, and change the transmittance of sunlight from the clearances S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
