<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining method of a work by which work efficiency in a series of processes of the operation including the laser beam machining of the work is improved and the generation of spoiled goods with bad mounting or the like of the work is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The works are fit in work fitting parts 11 of the transporting tray 10 consisting of a formed body of a transparent sheet having the work fitting parts 11 (S1); the transporting tray 10 in the work fitting parts 11 of which the works are fit is mounted to a tray holding tool 30 arranged on a laser beam machine 50 (S2); a work positioning plate 40 is mounted to the work transporting tray 10 mounted to the tray holding tool 30 (S3); and, in that state, each work on the work transporting tray 10 is machined by a laser beam with the laser beam machine 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
