PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film antenna and an alarm device which are integrated into one body by improving the antenna and the alarm device, though these are independent from each other at present, and the antenna is only for reception of TV or the like and the alarm device finds and senses an intruder or the like by infrared rays, a radar, or the like to give an alarm. SOLUTION: The film antenna and the alarm device integrated into one body are provided. They use a TV electric wave and finds the intruder passing through the reception side of the film antenna, without emission of an electric wave but by disturbance of a current to display an alarm on a TV and to inform of the alarm by sound. They are linked with a monitor camera with the TV as a monitor to find and monitor the intruder. They are linked with a lighting device and give a warning and turn on the lighting device by a sensor and informs a user being at a relatively short distance, by radio and are linked with the Internet so as to allow monitor even from a remote place and report abnormality to a mobile phone or a telephone.
