PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working fluid cooling control system for a construction machine capable of reducing failure and improving life of a hydraulic apparatus and not causing problems of deterioration of noise and deterioration of fuel economy by increasing cooling performance before temperature rise of working fluid and preventing temperature rise of the working fluid beforehand. SOLUTION: A controller 100 is input each signal from a travel motor rotation speed pick up 101, a pressure sensor 102, a signal taking in line 103a of an option selection switch 103, and a temperature sensor 104 and executes a predetermined operation process, controls proportional solenoid valves 105, 106. The control pressure is compared with command pressure of positive control by shuttle valves 109, 110 and higher pressure side is introduced to inclined rotation control mechanisms 13, 14. Consequently, at a time of an operation pattern raising temperature of working fluid, the minimum inclined rotation angles of hydraulic pumps 11, 12 are increased to increase average flow rate of pressurized oil passing an oil cooler 40, to increase average heat radiation quantity, and to reduce balance temperature of the working fluid.
