PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily assemblable/disassemblable dial-type locking device which uses a small number of component members. SOLUTION: This locking device is equipped with a lock body 100, a shaft member 300 which is supported on the lock body 100, a plurality of dial rings 200 which are rotated on the shaft member 300 as a rotating shaft, and a long locking member 400 which is directly locked by the plurality of dial rings 200. The lock body 100 comprises a main-body shaft groove or a main-body shaft hole, into which the shaft member 300 is to be inserted from the outside, and a main body-side groove or a main body-side hole, into which the locking member 400 is to be inserted. The shaft member 300 has a shaft-side groove or a shaft-side hole, into which the locking member 400 is to be inserted. The main body-side groove or the main body-side hole exists in a position in which one passage is formed of the main body-side groove or the main body-side hole and the shaft-side groove or the shaft-side hole. At least a part of the shaft-side groove or the shaft-side hole is formed in a direction different from the direction of the insertion/extraction of the shaft member 300 with respect to the lock body 100.
