PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-integrated internal gear pump having no leakage of fluid, reduced in size, and having excellent space efficiency when mounted in a small-sized apparatus. SOLUTION: A pump inner rotor part equivalent to the inner rotor of the internal gear pump and a motor rotor part equivalent to the rotor of an internal rolling motor are formed integrally with each other in such a shape that is staked in the common axial direction to form a composite rotor. The composite rotor and the pump outer rotor equivalent to the outer rotor of the internal gear pump are stored in the housing having first and second cylindrical hollows rotatably storing these rotors, and the opening part thereof is closed fluid-tight by an end plate with suction and discharge ports for fluid. The housing is molded by a resin mold in such a state that two to four armature coils with claw poles are disposed at the portion thereof facing the outer periphery of a motor rotor part.
