PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control tools from multiple aspects because information stored in a barcode as only information showing tool types allows only judgment of whether or not the tools are correct, so that contents other than the information cannot be controlled. SOLUTION: This reader/writer includes: storages (ROM23, memory 24) for storing control information; a reader (a control circuit 22) for reading out control information stored in the storage; and a transmitter (an antenna 21) for transmitting the control information read out by the reader to an external device.
