PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-liquid separation method for increasing purity of a solid substance obtained. SOLUTION: In the solid-liquid separation method, a mixture S supplied onto the surface of a filtering part 11a is separated into a liquid substance and a solid substance by pressurizing it by a pressurizing means 13 provided on the surface side of the filtering part 11a, while vacuum-sucking by a recovering means 14 provided on a rear side of the filtering part 11a and connected to a vacuum suction device.
