The counter piece is fixed to the chassis of the vehicle in a region covered by the backrest. A fixing device is likewise fixed to one end (6) of the belt and is detachedly fixed to the corresponding counter piece arranged below the front side of a seat part of the rear seat or on the rear side of the backrest.
