<p>A mica tape comprises a mica paper layer (1) and a reinforcing material layer (2). Each of the layers includes a coagulable inorganic compound (3). The coagulable inorganic compound can be an acid, an acidic anhydride, an alkali, a silicate, a phosphate, an acid phosphate, a metaphosphate, a pyrophosphate, a carbonate, a bicarbonate, a sulfate, a bisulfate, a metaborate, a nitrate, a chromate, an aluminate, a chloride or an iodide. The coagulable inorganic compound can be solid state or liquid state. The amount of the coagulable inorganic compound in the mica tape is more than 0.5g/m<SUP>2</SUP>.</p> |
