<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell using a conductive member for the solid oxide fuel cell having a film being manufactured in a low cost and having excellent oxidation resistance and heat cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the conductive member for a solid oxide fuel cell has a process (a) installing a metal member 32 in a chamber 22 and forming prescribed pressure, and a process (b) spraying ceramic powders 33, 34 on the surface of the metal member 32 at a speed of 500-1500 m/sec. so as to form a ceramic film on the surface . The average particle size of the ceramic powder is preferably 2-5 μm. The ceramic powder is one selected from a lanthanum chromite system oxide, a lanthanum manganate system oxide, and a lanthanum cobaltite system oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
