<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for dispersing semiconductor micro-particles usable as a material for forming a semiconductor porous film in the negative pole of a dye sensitizing type solar cell and stably ensuring high conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The binder composition for dispersing the semiconductor micro-particles is characterized as follows. The binder composition is composed of tetraisopropoxytitanium and an organic solvent having reactivity with the tetraisopropoxytitanium and contains a modified material modified by reacting a part of the tetraisopropoxytitanium with the organic solvent. The solid content formed by gelation exhibits an infrared absorption spectrum providing ≥1.09 peak intensity ratio represented by formula A<SB>600 cm-1</SB>/A<SB>400 cm-1</SB>(wherein, A<SB>600 cm-1</SB>represents the peak height at 600 cm<SP>-1</SP>wave number derived from TiO<SB>2</SB>; and A<SB>400 cm-1</SB>represents the peak height at 400 cm<SP>-1</SP>wave number derived from TiOH) by an IR (infrared analysis). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
