<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device with improved reliability for accurately displaying a temperature of a road surface. <P>SOLUTION: When a non-contact temperature meter is used for a temperature measurement means 5, an actually measured temperature of the road surface B can be displayed by the temperature display part 1, and reliability of the device displaying the temperature of the road surface B is improved.
