PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring method and a voltage measuring device capable of improving a measuring time, detection accuracy, and noise resistance furthermore than hitherto. SOLUTION: This voltage measuring device includes a storage means (microcomputer 7) for storing beforehand a discharge loss conversion table for showing a correction value for correcting each discharge loss portion of a plurality of sampling data to a detection voltage, when detecting a voltage from the plurality of sampling data acquired by sampling at a discharge time the charge of a capacitor 3 charged by a voltage of a voltage source; a correction means (microcomputer 7) for correcting the plurality of sampling data by the discharge loss conversion table stored in the storage means (microcomputer 7); and a voltage measuring means (microcomputer 7) for averaging by applying soft filter processing for discarding the maximum value and the minimum value of the plurality of sampling data after being corrected by the correction means (microcomputer 7), and calculating the acquired mean value as a value showing the voltage of the voltage source.
