PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a space occupied by a screw shaft of a tilt mechanism and a screw shaft of a telescopic mechanism. SOLUTION: In the device, a first nut member 32 is linearly moved by rotation of a first screw shaft 26 provided on a housing 5 and a pivot arm 19 is pivoted to perform tilt and a distal end of a second screw shaft 36 provided on a jacket tube 11 is thread-bonded to a second nut member 42 bonded to the housing 5 to make the jacket tube 11 telescopic. The first screw shaft 26 and the second screw shaft 36 are arranged on the same linear line, a hollow hole 26b is formed on the first screw shaft 26 and a distal end side of the second screw shaft 36 is retrogressingly stored in the inside of the hollow hole 26b.
