PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white-out for a lithographic printing plate, which corrects printing scumming by being coated on an unnecessary printing area part and a flaw, especially the white-out, by which a flaw developed at the destruction of a hydrophilic layer and through the exposure of a support can be corrected, for the lithographic printing plate, the white-out, the working of which concludes in a period of time too short to require the drying with a drier or the like, and the white-out, in which no fringe scumming (peripheral part scumming) develops, for the lithographic printing plate. SOLUTION: In the white-out for the lithographic printing plate, which corrects printing scumming by being coatingly fixed to a lithographic printing plate, the white-out for the lithographic printing plate is set to include at least one kind of hydrophobic resins and at least one kind of hydrophilic resins.
