PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform assembling operation and enlarge a water receiving area of a drain cover when a vehicle component member is arranged adjacent to the drain cover. SOLUTION: In a structure wherein the drain cover is arranged to guide water to an exhaust port arranged on a floor of the vehicle and the vehicle component member is arranged adjacent to the drain cover on the floor, an opening 103 is formed on the vertical wall of the drain cover 101, and the opening is blocked by a projecting member 104 constituted to partially cover the vehicle component member.
